Which carriers do you use for shipping?
A: We partner with trusted global carriers—including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS—to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-made Products: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days (In-stock items processed for fast delivery).
Custom Products: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days (Tailored to your specific needs and delivered to your door).
Fabric Swatches: Estimated delivery within 3–10 business days (Currently out of stock).
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, please provide a physical street address for delivery to ensure your package can be delivered successfully.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Typically, we do not ship items separately. However, if a package exceeds weight limits, we may need to ship items in separate boxes. In such cases, we will email you tracking information for each package.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us ASAP at info@curtainsart.com to update it. Once an order is shipped or out for pickup, address changes are no longer possible.
💰 Returns, Refunds & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Ready-made Items: You can request a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in original condition.
Quality Issues: We offer a 90-day worry-free return or exchange for any products with quality defects. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom Items: Since these are made to your exact measurements, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing error or shipping damage.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! All CurtainsArt products come with a 1-year full warranty against manufacturing defects. For our Smart Motors and Tracks, we provide an extended 36-month (3-year) after-sales guarantee.

When will I receive my order confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it. Contact support at info@curtainsart.com if needed.
🛠️ Curtain Track Sets & Hardware
What is included in a Curtain Set?
Our sets are "all-in-one" kits. They include curtain panels, a flexible/bendable curtain track, hooks, specialized pulleys, and all necessary mounting hardware.
Is the flexible track strong enough?
Absolutely. Our tracks feature a high-strength engineering plastic exterior with an integrated alloy core. They are tested to support up to 50 lbs, perfect for heavy curtains.
Do I need to buy extra tools for installation?
No, the package includes all accessories needed. You only need to prepare an electric drill and a screwdriver. Please read the manual or watch our installation video before starting.
Can these curtains be used on ceiling tracks?
Yes, they can be hung on a curtain track or on a Roman pole with curtain rings; each panel comes with enough hooks.
📏 Customization & Measurements
What is the "Pinch Pleat" fullness?
Our standard for custom pleated curtains is 2x fullness. For example, if you order a 1-foot width, we use 2 feet of fabric to create the pleats for a rich, wavy look. Note that standard Room Divider curtains do not include Pinch Pleats unless specified; please purchase a wider size if you want a wavy effect.
How do I measure for custom screens or shades?
Please measure the narrowest width and height on the inside of the bezel. To ensure a smooth fit, we automatically reserve a 1/8-inch gap for installation and adhesive placement.
What is the range of customization?
For custom screen doors, the width ranges from 10 to 65 inches, and the length/height ranges from 12 to 80 inches.
🏠 Performance, Safety & Care
Are the curtains 100% blackout?
Yes. Our blackout curtains feature a specialized black inner lining that provides 100% light blockage and total privacy.
- Blackout Shades: Embedded with aluminum foil for 100% blackout.
- Light Filtering Shades: Reach approximately 70% blackout.
Do the curtains help with noise and insulation?
Noise: The black lining can reduce indoor noise by 15–20 dB compared to the outdoors.
Insulation: Our Honeycomb shades use a hollow cellular shape to provide excellent gas insulation and energy savings.
Are your materials safe for babies?
Yes, our curtains are harmless and chemical-free, making them safe even for babies.
What should I do about wrinkles?
New curtain panels will have folds from shipping. These will disappear automatically in about 15 days after hanging. You can also use a low-heat iron to keep them flat.
Is the color the same on both sides?
No. The front color corresponds to your choice, while the outdoor side is a unified black inner lining to ensure 100% blackout performance.
