"2x Fullness" means we use double the fabric width relative to your track length. For example, if your track is 1ft wide, we use 2ft of fabric to create the pleats. This ensures that even when the curtains are closed, they maintain rich, deep, and elegant waves rather than looking flat. It provides a more luxurious and high-end aesthetic compared to standard 1.5x fullness.

What are the benefits of Chenille fabric?


Chenille is a thick, incredibly soft fabric known for its durability and beautiful drape. It offers excellent sound insulation and natural light-blocking properties. Its subtle sheen adds a touch of warmth and sophistication to any room.

3. Is the Track System included in my purchase?


Yes! This is a complete window treatment solution. Your order includes the custom-made pleated chenille curtains and our high-quality, heavy-duty aluminum silent track system. The tracks are designed for smooth, quiet operation even with heavy fabric.

4. How do I measure correctly?

Width: Measure the actual length of the area where you want the track installed. Since we provide 2x fullness, you only need to provide the track width—we will handle the fabric calculations for you.

Height: Measure from the bottom of the track to where you want the curtain to end (usually 1/2 inch to 1 inch above the floor).

5. How much light do these curtains block?


Due to the high-density weave of Chenille, these curtains naturally block approximately 70%–85% of light. If you require total darkness (e.g., for a bedroom), we offer an optional blackout lining that can achieve nearly 100% light blockage.

6. How should I clean and maintain my pleated curtains?

To preserve the pleat shape and fabric texture:

  • Daily Care: Use a low-power vacuum with a brush attachment or a lint roller.
  • Deep Cleaning: We highly recommend Professional Dry Cleaning. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this may damage the pleats and cause fabric shrinkage.

7. Can I choose different pleat styles?

8. What should I do if the curtains arrive with wrinkles?


It is normal for curtains to have slight creases after shipping. Once hung, the weight of the fabric will cause most wrinkles to disappear over time. You can also use a garment steamer on a low-heat setting to gently steam the back of the fabric (avoiding the pleat stitches).
